Xplo

An app that suggests tourist destinations in a smart way.

Xplo – The destinations map

I built from scratch the front end of Xplo, an app that suggests tourist destinations in a smart way. I developed a map with complex features and a high level of user interaction, connected the front end to a custom API and worked on responsive integration, transitions and animations.

What I did

  • Complex map with Leaflet and Google Maps
  • Mobile-first, responsive integration in Sass with Element UI
  • Animations with GSAP
  • Geolocation feature
  • API calls with Axios, dates with Moment.js

Testimonial

“Henri Delozanne led the front-end development of the Xplo web app (tourism sector) very efficiently. His work was appreciated by all stakeholders, including the Paris-Saclay urban community. His profile allows him to fully understand the need and find relevant technical solutions.”
